We are looking to add a motivated, reliable Landscape Construction Worker to our growing team.
Position Overview:
As a Landscape Construction Worker at Brighter Gardens LLC, you will play a key role in transforming landscapes into vibrant outdoor spaces. This hands-on position requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently as part of a team. If you enjoy working outdoors and have experience in landscape construction, we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the construction and installation of landscape features such as patios, walkways, retaining walls, decks, and outdoor structures.
- Install irrigation systems, drainage solutions, and lighting systems.
- Lay sod, plant trees, shrubs, flowers, and other landscape materials.
- Use a variety of hand and power tools to complete tasks safely and efficiently.
- Ensure proper site preparation, including grading, excavation, and leveling.
- Work closely with other team members to complete projects on time and to the highest standards.
- Follow all safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized job site.
- Communicate effectively with supervisors and clients as needed.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in landscape construction or related field preferred.
- Knowledge of landscaping tools, equipment, and techniques.
- Ability to lift and carry heavy materials (up to 50 lbs).
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
- Ability to work in various weather conditions.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
- A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation is a plus.
